2024–2025 Emerging Artists Ensemble

The Emerging Artist Ensemble (EAE) is a program consisting of Pre-Professional level dancers (18 +) providing technical training in ballet, modern, African-based techniques, and repertory workshops led by Deeply Rooted artistic staff, company members, and guest artists. This program provides performance opportunities such as community based shows and our final culminating Dance Education showcase. By enhancing technical proficiency, dramatic range, and improvisational ability, EAE creates space for individuals to become poetic and compelling movers. To ensure artistic and technical growth, we require each dancer to commit to participating in the full annual season of the Emerging Artists Ensemble. EAE participants will have the opportunity to be considered for company apprenticeship and/or company member positions at the discretion of the Artistic Director.
