The Youth Ensemble program is designed for dancers between the ages of 12-18 to gain training in ballet and modern as well as repertory workshops led by Deeply Rooted's Artistic staff and mentorship with Deeply Rooted company members. Students will have opportunities to perform throughout the Chicagoland area and participate in a culminating end-of-year Dance Education Showcase. The season consists of three terms: Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Dance Intensive (optional). For a consistent learning atmosphere for artistic and technical growth, we require each dancer to commit to participating in the full season of the Youth Ensemble.

Please note that the 2021-2022 Youth Ensemble Season programming is subject to change due to the circumstances surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic. Presently, masks are required at all times in the studios and throughout the premises. While in-person programming will be compliant with CDC guidelines to ensure the safety and appropriate protections for the dancers and instructors, a shift to virtual programming is possible as things evolve with the COVID-19 variants.
