The Mature H.O.T Women program is designed for women who are Health-conscious, Optimistic, and Triumphant. The program provides technical training and repertory workshops to strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and nourish the spirit.

The Mature H.O.T. Women program offers two options:

Training Only
Classes in modern, ballet, African dance techniques are led by Deeply Rooted Artistic staff for the first hour. Individuals participating in our "class only" option may not participate in repertory workshops and/or final performances.

Training and Repertory Workshops
Classes and repertory workshops in modern, ballet, African dance techniques are led by Deeply Rooted Artistic staff. Those enrolled in the repertory workshop are eligible to participate in the Spring Dance Education showcase

To ensure artistic and technical growth, we strongly encourage each participant to commit to the entire Mature H.O.T Women process—fall, winter and spring.

Students have the opportunity to participate in dance classes, acting and vocal workshops, and performances including the annual Story-Bridge large cast-play and Spring Showcase. The curriculum also features The Continuum, a series of guided conversations on self-awareness and personal growth informed by each participant’s creativity and artistic process.
